I got PMs from some of the "promotees" saying "look out APL, here we come. We are going to light up the APL forums with trash talk".

So far I see the same old shit. Can we get some new blood to inject some fun in here?

Sure there is... see...Hokie already knows nobody can beat them...so there is no satisfaction anymore for beating up on the APL...The rest of GLB knows the APL is a joke...Why else is the Borg only rated 54th in the top 100...So now the only satisfaction Hokie can get is by having new teams talk shit and the the Borg beating them....I find it amusing Byang and I are the only ones who see this......But finally Hokie says he will play in a World League...Interesting he never said he would when he was part of the Borg....Now I know the reason he left the Borg...vegas right again.

Here's one team who's just glad to be here. Pro will be a nice experience, but I'd have to be a fool to think we were going to come in and dominate... Instead the Kings will just have to settle for obliteration and annihilation of their opponents.

Thanx! He was definately one of the best, and I'm not even a cowboys fan. Go broncos! Champ is a near second if not on par for Deion's stats, and Champ doesn't have as many opportunities. But Prime Times is still a legend for a reason.

Man...I remember watching Cowboy games, that teams would not even throw to Sanders side of the field.

Sure there is Byang. Some fun trash talk never hurt anyone. If it does, don't read it. Trash talking has absolutely NOTHING to do with winning/losing. Some like to have fun that way, and there's no harm in it. Especially when compared to the utter bullshit spewed forth in this forum. And as you yourself, and everyone else can see, any attempt to have some fun in here just attracts the troll in the APL. And if you are too blind to see that, sorry for you. Have fun your way, the rest will have fun our way.

I plan on having a good time in here. Anyone that wants to talk some trash, feel free. I'm done with the serious crap and trying to shed the light on the blind. Say what you want, makes no difference to me. I'll ignore those I choose to, and have some good times with those that want to, simple as that.

The Bombers have never been much for trash talking although we had a pretty solid friendly rivalry with TLGoT in our first season. We usually let our talking happen on the field. Unfortunately, I couldn't fulfill what I thought the players deserved as an owner this upcoming season, so I handed the reigns over to a buddy who's been on the team with us.

They've done a respectable job recruiting for only a day, I was quite sad to see how many people wanted to go when I stepped down though.
