I'm wondering what the general consensus is on playing OL out of position, i.e. OG to OT. With no search feature this is kinda hard to find out, but has anyone noticed any significant differences doing this?

When I owned a team, I had to move my OG out to LOT against top pass rushing DEs because none of the OTs on my team had enough agility. My OG didn't give up a single sack in those games. (These were not the 200 sack dominators but they were 30+ sack DEs in what was a highly competitive league at the time)
I currently have a lvl 23 C playing RG. (C makes best O-linemen by far). He has more pancakes than any other G in the conference and has had no problems run or pass blocking.
There is a team that won a capped league playing 4 C and an OT for their offensive line last season.

I feel a team with 3 Centers playing the middle would do better then a team with a regular line, unless you do alot of outside runs and the guards have the speed to get out
