So we're here. The conference finals are set and it's time to make some bold predictions.

EAST: SPARTA! 300 at Montreal Maniacs
The Maniacs won an early regular season matchup, but these two teams have changed a lot. Obviously, I have a bias here, so I won't make a prediction. Suffice it to say I'll pick us, they'll pick them. The important predictions are the unbiased ones.

WEST: Moose Jaw Jackalopes at Northern Lights
The 'Lopes have been to a final before - they lost to Montreal in year 3 - and want another shot at a big gold trophy. Standing in their way is the Northern Lights, who handled them soundly in the regular season. For every inch of the curse on the Kings - who Moose Jaw knocked off - the Jackalopes have got it all back in luck. They've got post-season kismet on their side.
PREDICTION: Jackalopes upset the Light in a stunner.

Moose from the West, but it will be a close one, there is not much between them at all. 31-24

East - Maniacs, again a close one but I believe the Maniacs have what it takes to beat Sparta 24-17

Moose Jaw seems to finally have their shit together, but I'd still be very surprised if they beat Lights.

East Final will be a great game. To close to call

I am both a full-blooded Spartan and a full-fledged Maineiac, as well as the agent for one of the Maniacs, and i can't call this one. All i know for sure is that the Maniacs are hungry for that gold cup.

No love for the Lights...

We have a pretty intense rivalry with Moose Jaw, and I would love to take em' down. But the playoffs always seem to sim a bit differently than the regular season. Best of luck to Moose Jaw, I am sure it will be a great game.

We will just have to hope the AI Gods call a fair game and give um Hell!

We're pretty even among starters, while we have an edge in depth, I think.

Not that I believe in meters, really, but you beat us 4-1-3 there

It will come down to tactics and builds, I think.

Long as we don't have to kick FG's!

If we have to kick FGS I think we will have lost.

Either way, we will prolly see the Maniacs in AA4 considering the realignment Bort has proposed.

Given the burn rate, I'd assume they're just tossing it at their stadium

Yeah, I know they are thinking of building stadium, but building so much that they cant pay players?!?!
