We've been focused on getting the OPL noticed this season, and thats amazingly awesome, but we've let inner-league perks go to the wayside.

I've been waiting for a Pro Bowl Ballot to be put up, and I figured since all I do is read these forums all day every day (but never post because i have nothing intelligent to say) I decided, why the hell arent I doing anything?

So here it is.

Pro Bowl Voting shall commence.

I want every person who can to vote.

This is how I'm working it this season:

Team Owners: start a thread on your teams forum, nominate standout players at each position (obviously don't nominate every person on your entire team) I trust that everyone will be fair about it.

Anyways, compile a list of nominees, send them to me.

I will post each day with one position, and everyone just reply to the post with your vote.

Everyone encourage your fellow teammates to vote. You can't vote twice. People outside the league CAN vote (I'm seeing them as fans).

I will post after this with more specifications of how this will work, so that this post isnt too lengthy and annoying.

This is how it works.

=======VOTING========
1. Anyone may vote ONCE.
2. When team owners vote, tell me you're an owner when you do.(GMs not included)
This is going to be similar to the NFLs Coach/Player/Fan voting style. each will be tallied together and seperately, just for fun. there will be multiple pro bowl teams, an overall pro bowl, and a coaches(team owners) pro bowl, just for kicks, mostly.

=====PROCESS=========
1. Team owners will submit to me nominees for each position.
2. Positions for nomination will be the following:

Quarterback
Running back
Wide Receiver
Fullback
Tight End
Center
Guard
Tackle

Defensive End
DEFENSIVE TACKLES ZOMG!
Outside LB
Inside LB
CornerBack
Strong Safety
Free Safety

Kicker
Punter
Return Man

3. I will post seperate threads for each position and conference.
IE- Thread: PRO BOWL VOTING Zeta Running Backs

4. In the thread, I will list all the nominated players, with pertinent statistics.
IE - Phil Phantom (West Scranton Invaders) 4,170 yards / 42 Passing TD / 13 Int / 105.1 Rating

I will post pro bowl teams shortly BEFORE Championship game is played, but after all other playoff games.

You forgot Defensive Tackles. It's ok Bort forgot us too.

One of the things we might need to do after the lists are submitted, is to supplement the list somehow with players from "inactive" teams.

lol! Its basically my team too, you dont do anythign for it. You better next season though!

So you want each team to nominate their own teams pro bowlers ? Sorry all the losses this season took there toll on my thinking. I understand the voting once the list is formed just wasn't sure if we made a list for our team or the league. Thanks,
