Also, I just realized Dallas was 4th place after week 15, then won, and dropped to 5th.

There was a three way tie at 12-4 between Edinburgh, Dallas and Italian. Each went 1-1 vs the other opponents so the tie breaker went to total points scored. These three teams were the 3rd, 4th, and 5th highest scoring teams on the season.

Edinburgh 803
Dallas 793
Italian 784

So, Edinburgh won the 4th seed with their 64 point outburst in week 16. I hadn't previously noticed that it would come down to points if all three won.

Edinburgh did PM us and stated the reasoning behind running up the score. It Didn't bother us at all. I am a firm believer of, "If you can't handle people running up the score, then stop them." We started the game out 10-0, and then it went to shit obviously. You guys deserve the seed you got (Not to say Dallas and Itallion didn't), you have a great team. Good luck to all Zeta teams, it should be a great playoffs in both conferences.

Ok, so we;re slow on the predictions... I'll start

I think we beat PGL
I would lean towards Boston beating Oslo, though Oslo won in the regular season, so I'm going to go with a toss up.
I think Manchester definitely handles Southampton
As for Eurotrash, history tells me they will win, but they have had a handful of games in the past 2 seasons that surprised me so who knows. Go Massillon

In Zeta, I think Birmingham beats Stockholm, no reach of a prediction here.
I think the 3-6 matchups are tossups
but i think Inverness will beat Brighton.

I guess I didn't really predict too much, but so what, I do what I want.

We, the Grizzlies made 518k in jumbo tron tickets, which I believe is better than the playoff bonus from previous seasons.

Eurotrash put a beatdown on us in the regular season, one of the worst we've ever suffered. We hope to do a little better this time.

PGL managed to scrape up 386K. Does anyone remember what the playoff bonus was last season? I want to say it was either 100 or 200k so this was a better bonus for us. Had we a better stadium I can only imagine how much more we could have made.

WoC - Don't beat on PGL to badly today.

I'm taking Bonn over PGL since you whooped us good in the regular season. Hopefully our defense can keep you from putting another 83 points. Yeah right.
Boston over Oslo but it was a tough call. We lost to Boston but that was before I found some screwy things in our AI so I couldn't really gauge how good they are off our game. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt though. It should be a close one.
Manchester over Southampton. I don't think Southampton is on the Mobs level yet.
Euro over Massillon. Same comment as above.

We have had the great misfortune of playing the #1 seed 2 seasons in a row now. I was really hoping for another go at Manchester but that wasn't in the cards. Actually, I would have taken any opponent instead of Bonn. lol. Good luck to everyone today.

My Predictions:

Alpha:

Bonn over PGL
Boston Punks over Oslo
Manchester wins
Eurotrash wins

Zeta:

Birmingham vs Stockholm (I will refrain from my pick here since I own Birmingham and Blutoski owns Stockholm and has a player on my team. - NOTE: Stockholm has NEVER beaten Birmingham, will that change?)

Edinburgh, Dublin and Inverness win.

The only upset I am predicting is a minor one at that Boston over Oslo, although any team is capable of upsetting the other, even PGL over Bonn or Stockholm over Birmingham but I don't think either will happen.

Zeta is definitely a tough call. Seeds 3-6 are almost identical teams.

Seems everyone is picking Boston over us. They certainly beat up on us last time even though we ended up with the W, but I think we're a lot better now
