It goes on a series of tiebreakers if teams finish with the same record.
You guys have 4 teams at 13-3 so it gets pretty complicated, but the tiebreak goes:
1. Head to head
2. Points for
3. Points against
So it's some combination of those things that caused the seeding to shake out as it did.

The Beavers were the no.2 seed as they beat all 3 of the other teams to take the 1st tie break.
Then the next 3 teams beat each other and then were decided by points for throughout the whole season.
I will post the final standings a little later so you can see how it all worked out.

i just looked.....
Wolverines had a super cupcake team and in the end beat us by 20pts. Damn damn damn......those 20pts cost me roughly 3.5 million bucks. lol
