Hey guys,
My take on this whole pro bowl thing is as follows

Divide the teams into the western and eastern league - like the nfl with AFC and NFC pro bowl teams.

Each team representative gets 1 Vote per position.
You MUSN'T vote on players on your own team or on teams that you GM's players!

Make sure you evaluate the players on their consistensy ! There is quite a bit of players that had huge games when they blew teams away but doesn't deliver against the strong teams.

Of course this is just my 5 cents on how to do the Pro Bowl thing - After the Conference Pro Bowl Teams we could do All-Pro teams from the remaining existing Pro Bowl teams!

Factors to look at when voting for probowlers!
Consistensy!
QB-rating - avg/rush - etc... Don't just look for the flashiest stats because they are very often not very informing about how good the player really is!

I think we also need to look at who the teams play, there's no point in getting the CB with 10 interceptions if all of them are in 10 games where his team is +12 or greater.

I like the idea of adding a DC and OC but how will you know who does what on each team?

Now we decide who has the best offense

We need to start with east/west splitup - maybe another thread with the same roster spots and call that eastern - then all coaches would begin voting ?

What you should do is write down all the teams names with the reps from each team.
That is what i'll do. THen just take this post .

You've got two or three different people/threads trying to put together a pro bowl team. You should all get together and sort it out, or else you're going to have three or four people on different sites.

i guess i will rep The Pas unless my gm or dc speaks up...though i wont be voting much.
