Zeta Game of the Week:

The Elephant Riders at San Fran Gold Rush:
This is a huge game. The Elephant Riders face the #2 with their undefeated streak on the line. The Gold Rush need to win this game to try and reestablish their supremacy before the playoffs.

Both teams want the win badly, but will be hesitant to show everything they've got in the playbook right before the playoffs. Elephant Riders have less to risk than a 2-loss San Fran team, and keep to the basic plays. The Gold Rush is able to capitalize, but reveals more than they like - and that could be troublesome if they rematch in the post season. GOLD RUSH by 6

-----------

Kapres Pride at SBI Waves:
Oh boy! Look what washed up on the shore? A bunch of Kapres Pride! Let's kick the shit out of it, and send it on it's merry way! WAVES by 35

Sault Ste Marie Metalheads at Kyoto Samurai:
The Samarai of Kyoto were never trained to deal with an opponent as dangerous as this. Metalheads lay waste to Kyoto leaving their dishonored opponents to contemplate seppeku. METALHEADS by 35

Vietnam Villains at The Pretenders :
It will be back on the Chain Gang for the Villains of Vietnam, and unless they get relegated they could be Stuck in the Middle of the Road for quite a while. The Pretenders enjoy an easy win. PRETENDERS by 24

Thailand Cheap Toys at Bangkok Blue Demons:
The Demons of Bangkok break most anything that comes their way, but the Cheap Toys of Thailand have been broken, fixed and passed down from generation to generation for a long, long time. By bending and not breaking, they channel their enemies' aggression against them. TOYS by 3

Garut Fire Horses at Singapore Flames:
The Horse of Garut are used to heat, but the Singapore Flames may be more explosive than even they can handle. Garut manages to keep pace early on, but Singapore bursts off for the victory. FLAMES by 15

Thung Yai Tigers at Midway Maulers:
Should be a decent lower tier game, these teams match up pretty evenly. Expect Thung Yai's experience to carry them through as the two teams establish predator from prey. TIGERS by 9

Da Nang Yellow Jackets at Manila Envelopes:
As paper-thin weak as Manila is, Envelopes can still be wadded to swat pesky flying insects. Da Nang gets flattened away from their nest. ENVELOPES by 14

I'm biased! If you guys lose and we win against the Addiction, then we'll be the only undefeated team.

Im torn on if we want to win or not, damn curse that the Riders have on us. At the begging of the year I woulda said this would be the regular season game of the year (for zeta atleast), but the way we have been playing as of late I think we should be the underdog.

Good game Bangkok, you guys nipped us at the end with the winning TD with 1 minute left. You guys took advantage when you needed to, seeing how we had 406 yards of offense versus your 278 yards. But hey a win is a win, a loss is a loss.
