I was just looking over our season and thinking the exact same thing...

Before the last two weeks, and especially before this week I was feeling really good about the 'Big 4' in zeta. Well holy crap (or wholly crap - depending if you like swish shit I guess ) there are a ton of great teams in zeta. Now I think there are way too many good teams and not enough playoff spots.

I'm already shaking in my boots for the playoffs. Every single game is going to be very tough.

Barring something very odd happening, Hamilton isn't going to make the playoffs. Wooololollolllllloooooomoooloolooooooo has two fairly easy wins left, and Perth nor Devonport are going to lose out. So even though Hamilton will likely win out with 2 wins vs the top of the conference, they will likely be planning for a scrimmage.

yep, that's the way I see it.

Barring something very odd happening??? I would have said two weeks ago that Hamilton beating Fiji OR Newcastle would have been impossible. Now two weeks later they have won both! Very odd seems to be what Hamilton is doing these days, so I wouldn't count them out until the last game is played!! Congratulations to you Hamilton on two great wins in a row! You make us second tier teams proud!

We made no concerted effort to temp boosting. For my 3 guys on Hamilton, I used a temp boost for Fiji. But, didn't have enough tokens for another one for NML.
