Hamburg Firestorm vs Permian Panthers

I must admit I was a bit scared before todays game.
Because we had to face the Permian Panthers.

You only have to look at their average level to be scared.
I only have 2 players in my roster that are in the same level rangs like almost all their guys.

Ok their record isn't that brilliant but I thought maybe only due to their once bad team chemistry beginning of this season.
But this is a lot better now, therefore was I expecting a lost or a close game but....

We have just beaten the Permian Panthers with 44:7

Damm I am so proud of my team!

Nice win...but I fully expected your team to beat them soundly. In other words, you clearly have the better team. No one should be scared of Permian. We should all know by now that levels don't mean much if either the build or game planning suck. For Permian, I suspect its the case of both.

On the other hand, our game down the road is the one you really need to worry about.

I just took a peek at your schedule. Wow, quite the murderers row coming up - Venice Romantics, Lyon Demons, and then Rotterdam Cheetahs. Should be quite fun for you.

The next 3 games going to be really, really tough for us.
My goal is to win at least 1 game out of those 3.

Congrats on putting one over Permian. I'm sorry to say that we couldn't do the same this season.

All I'm really asking is, how big a bribe is needed?

The panthers have potential. They almost usurped the Demons early on.

And yeh if someone could take Cheetahs in the playoffs that'd be super. Anyone else I'll take.

Meanwhile, in a change of pace, the GRD did end up beating the Lyon Hippo bunch.

that was impressive victories over berlin and lyon...but let's see how the playoffs shake out. not sure if you guys temp boosted against lyon and the only way to tell is in the playoffs. but i think berlin is the team to beat in AAA zeta...
