CWM was predicted to perform at a playoff level, then really turn it on in the post season. So far the team has totally surpassed expectations. After a couple of early season close calls due to ai calamaty CWM has widened the margin of victory and offensive output in recent weeks.

10/13/2008 Burundi Bone Strippers W-Not even close to a sure W. BBS is a very talented quality team. Should be close.
10/15/2008 at Sahara Sand Storm W-Should be pretty safe to bet on CWM in this game, but the right bounces and SSS will make it interesting.
10/17/2008 Cape Town Cowboys W-No brainer
10/19/2008 at Canandaigua Braves W-No Brainer as well
10/21/2008 at Tripoli Terror W- I hate the interleague games. Tripoli is a great team. If I am not mistaken, Tripoli is boosted? Well CWM will be boosting prior to this game to test out their new wheels prior to the playoffs. This makes me confident in picking CWM.

Season record predicted: 16-0, Three losable games if the ball bounces wrong. %chance for a loss at about 33% Worst case scenario CWM has 2 losses and is either 1st or 2nd seed

Phenomenal team. Has the defense to go all the way. 9-1 only loss to CWM. My guess is they should get another shot at them.

Talent. This is the big word for this team. This team has had a near perfect season to this point. However the rubber meets the road this week. A rough stretch to finish the season.

Lol hope you are right! Almost starting to wish you'd underestimate us more... I was thinking the same, but would rather celebrate upsets!

Durban hurts on the playoff money for that close loss to bbs. They lose the head to head and get shut out, ouch.

lol, well he has the jacks making a big run in these next two games.... I'm glad people think we can do it, but I'd rather feel we got an upset instead of being expected to win against teams that have preformed better than us for a few seasons now.

Well thats a pretty solid bet. Do you realize how many games I predicted winners for? Of course there will be upsets and or close games that go different than I think. Otherwise, if I were that good you guys wouldn't know who I were and I would be in Vegas camped out in the sports books all day.

I think some folks think I write these things because I think I am smart or something. Thats the furthest thing from the truth. I write these things as my take on whats up with our conference. The goal is to spice up the forum and get discussions/ debate going to make these forums worth going on. To me forum activity is about 50% of the draw to GLB, also it will keep our players active if we have something to read/do. One of the selfish reasons I do them is because it forces me to scout and pay attention to other teams. This keeps me on my toes and helps my team with game planning.

Durban has the easiest schedule, They are the most likely to run the table the rest of the way. IMO they should finish the regular season with 6 more wins which will seed them ahead of you for the playoffs. These are not power rankings. These are predicted Playoff seeds.
