Any suggestions in to how to proceed with my LOT.

Strength: 54.4 Blocking: 67.4
Speed: 35 Tackling: 20.5
Agility: 46.4 Throwing: 10
Jumping: 9 Catching: 9
Stamina: 34.5 Carrying: 10
Vision: 34.71 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 26.3 Punting: 8

You have three primary atrributes, strength, blocking, and agility. Get these all up to the third cap (68) naturally. All of your equipment should be on only one or two of these primary attributes. Once you have these three attributes all above natural 68, start pumping the SA's.

You can train stamina and speed, and train vision and confidence. This will be your training program for the entire life of your player.

You have soft capped the major abilities. Plug the pass protect SA's so they are all level 6, then you can come back to blocking, agility, strength in that order to the next caps.

ugh, 6 in SAs? That's a ridiculous waste imo. I would get agility to softcap asap, strength to 61 or whatever while training vision & confidence, then agility to natural, then soft cap vision, then maybe go back for more speed. I don't see any need for >3 in the SAs for tackles.
