Strength: 91.75 Blocking: 71.75
Speed: 24.69 Tackling: 14.35
Agility: 44.56 Throwing: 8
Jumping: 9 Catching: 9
Stamina: 29.21 Carrying: 8
Vision: 21.67 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 17.23 Punting: 8

At 24 I intend to softcap agility.
I don't want to buy SAs until level 30 or 31(minimum).

What do you think I should do with 25 or 30 SP?

I've been training Stamina and Speed.

I'd say vision + confidence, but that is your last training option.

training at 48 is just as valuable as at 30, though, if you wanted to train spd + agility and start capping vis/conf if you're not into whoarding skill points. I don't see much reason to 2:1 cap agility, though, if you wanted to train vis+conf for another couple of seasons...

My current thought is to switch to training vision and confidence and then spend SP on Vision.

Then train a combination of speed/stamina and stamina/confidence while buying SAs.

Soft cap your agility... And then I guess train your confidence, vision, and speed. Really, though, you're just hurting your entire team if you insist on waiting so long to invest in SAs. By now, any half-decent center would have at least a couple points into Line-General. If you're level 30 and have less than 3-4 points in Line-General, you fail IMO.

I own 7 of the 9 offensive linemen. Trust me. The build is fine.

We are a team of 23s in a league of 28-33s. We've been rushing for 300 yards per game. I think we'll be ok.

If you're so high and fucking mighty, then why are you seeking advice? Asking for advice and then throwing it back in someone's face seems pretty stupid IMO.

he asked for advice and said "not SAs" and you told him SAs, to be blunt.

That said, I agree with you - SAs is the correct route. Using SP on vision/confidence just kills your training value, I'd train those another season or so while you get SAs up, then in your 30s cap vis/conf while you train... agility/speed I guess.

So yeah..

through season 6, train vis/conf
should level to about 30 or so, get line general up
in season 7, cap vis/conf and switch training to spd/agi

then the rest of your career you can go back to get your SAs even higher, and continue training vis/conf at 48 or spd/agi at 30/48, all of which have equal value (30 = 48 = 60 for training value) whatever you want even higher.

TBH the basic plan has been to avoid SAs while rushing toward the second break point on natural growth from leveling. You can think of it as the endgame step of slowbuilding.

We have little drop off in talent from starters to backups so morale/breath tends to be of a lesser concern than it might appear to be.

We run 2 Cs, 4Gs, 3 OTs. The high rotation does wonders. Running the ball at the defense hard does wonders too. If you can punk them before they get to pass rush you, its their morale that winds up in the toilet and then they have problems turning the morale spiral back onto you, especially if you run high rotation. I've never seen confirmation, but i firmly believe that players recover both breath and morale when they are out of the game.

Finally, if I had to pick a SA route for my Cs, it would Cutblock/Pancake to further wear down the NTs.

The crux of my question was essentially to gather opinion concerning vision or speed or some combination of vision and speed as my next growth target.

Second Cap Agility. Pass blocking is Agility + Blocking. (extrapolated from the original updated training).

Not to mention, the agility is great acceleration and helps pick up blitzes.
