We bumped heads if I didn't kiss his ass and do as he wanted. Money was also an issue. I had two players over 24 that didn't have their upgrades due to making 70k yr. I was told to wait until my contract ended in season 7. I signed on long term to show loyalty only to get burned. He has a good group of players but doesn't know how to run a team. Giving out 5k bonuses to guys who check in first, then when I do, he says it is selective rewarding. All BS with this guy, STAY AWAY. Just words of advice

While obviously I know nothing of went on in your case, this is why I never sign more than one year unless I've already been on a club for a time.

Also, you need to be up front in both directions. Bonuses and such should be paid, in my opinion, but each team is free to set their own policy. If he promised and backed out, that's one thing. If you never asked and just assumed, that's not all his fault.

I'm here to put some things in perspective, I help GM the team, and also have a player. I sometimes do not understand his policy, but I have followed it nonetheless. I would first like to compliment Marsik for his contributions for our team, and wish him the best of luck wherever he goes. Cy has been up front with his way of handling bonuses, from the start. He also had each of us show that we understood, and though it's not commonly liked, it is typically abided by. There have been some that I've questioned him about letting go, yet he's stuck to his guns, and typically, that's what a coach must do. While I understand Marsik's point, I disagree with his methods of handling his disagreements. Open feuding and name calling seem to be his trademark with regards to this subject. Most of us just want to play, with no regards to money, and we want to win. We could use a little less of the aforementioned actions of Marsik, and his lack of tolerance for those actions were just dismissed, neither applauded nor condemned. Cy is honest, and will talk to anyone who treats him like a human being, and to those who avoid regularly flaming him. Marsik, you will probably have plenty to say about this, and I respect that, I also respect that you are upset. Also, I have never received those said bonuses despite performing the actions that he typically rewards, and I've never complained once. I wrestled with another player for the starting job at fullback, only to win and lose it again to one of his players. He gave me his word that it would only be for one season, and he kept it.
