Sorry for these to come out so late, I have had other stuff going on. Anyway New thread as requested.

1. Alpine Golfers: 7-0 Until they loose they will remain in the #1 spot. Their game against the Cats showed some flaws on their offense. They were limited to 231 yards and turned the ball over 4 times. If their offense was pedestrain their defense was unstoppable. They limited conferences second best running attack to 6 yards on the ground a picked off a solid QB a whopping 8 times. 14 of their 38 points were off interception returns and their offense had a short field to work with the entire game.

2. Naked Mole Rats: 7-0 NMR continues to roll through an easy stretch of games knocking off Cleveland in a blow out. Expect them to continue to roll next week against the Wolfpack.

3. Northside Dreamkillers: 6-1 Northside continues its solid play. They will need to make sure they are not upset in the next 4 games. Any one of which could be possible. Their last two games against Alpine and Silvery Moon will be brutal.

4. New Orleans Golden Kangaroos: 5-2 New Orleans completely took away any type of Harrisburg running game this week. They gave up some yards in the air, but they kept the Hawks out of the endzone and that is what wins games. Their running game showed more life that it has in the past. New Orleans could possibly go 13-3 with Northside being the only real threat to them left on the schedule. Kalamath could provide a bump in the road.

5. Battle Creek Bullies: 5-2 Battle Creek really doesn't have a signiture win so far this season, but they also don't have a signiture loss. They have won and lost the games they should have. Battle Creek is solid in all aspect of the game.

6. Kalamath Falls Grizzles: 5-2 Kalamath unexpectedly dropped a game to the lowly Minnesota Ambush who only threw the ball 9 times. What is wrong with the Grizzles run defense? They take a big hit here in the rankings because you cannot afford to drop games you should win in this leauge. Their are just to many teams that will jump in and take your place. This weeks game against Carolina could be huge in the ratings toward the end of the season.

7. Carolina Cardiac Cats 4-3: The good news in Carolina's losses have come to the #1, 2, and 4 teams. The bad news is their wins have come over the 16, 15, and 14 teams. The RU game is not really enough to rate them so we go on record and how they have played. Their defense has been one of the leauges toughest second only to alpine in rushing yards and sacks. Vincent Younger threw 8 ints against Alpine if he has many more outings like that Carolina will be looking for a new QB. This week at Kalamath is a must win.

8. RU Scarlet Knight 3-4: Still one of the most talented teams in the leauge I believe RU will be a playoff team. They showed their powerful offense again this week against Miami. Their defense needs improvement but if they continue to run and throw effectively they will be harder and harder to beat as the season goes on. Northside, New Orleans, and Kalamath should all be careful when they face RU.

9. Miami Canes 3-4: They were respectable this week in a loss to NSDK. They can certainly make the playoffs but they need to go at least 1-1 in their next two games. Miami needs to run it better and play better run defense. You cannot allow 5 yards a carry even to a team like northside.

10. Minnesota Ambush 2-5: I really don't know what to think of their win over Kalamath, I don't really know if it was a fluke or not. The fact the QB only threw 9 passes was certainly odd. Teams should know to key in on the run in the future. Anyway props to Minnesota for beating one of the leagues better teams.

11. Miami Roadfrogs 2-5: The frogs continue to hang tough and play people close. Unfortunately for them close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. The good news for Miami is the 3 game win streak they are about to go on. They should be 5-5 before stubbing their toes against Alpine, NMR, Battle Creek, Carolina, and Spicewood. I forsee a 6-10 record for the frogs.

12. Harrisburg Hawks 2-5: They can throw the ball with the best teams in the league but until they can run it consistently and put it into the endzone they will continue to struggle. Their defense has improved the last 3 games but unless they start putting up big points 26 points a game is to much to allow. They could make a statement this weeek against RU since their schedule takes a turn for the easy after that.

13. Athens Scoregasms 2-5: Congratulations on the win. Now you have to prove you are better than the other two worst teams in the league. The next two games will determine if you are here next season or in the BBB I like your chances but beating CAROLINA will be important since they are are the best of the three.

14. CAROLINA WOLFPACK 2-5: CAROLINA needs to beat the Scoregasms in two weeks to make sure they won't be relegated. After that they will have multiple chances against teams like Minnesota and the Miamis to prove they belong here.

15. Cleveland Kardiac Kids 1-6: They absolutely must beat Athens to stay here. I would bet against that. I belive Bernie Kosar A7s favorite sacking dummy will be gone next season.

16. Orlando Ninjas 0-7: Stick a fork in you, your done!

Thanks for The Roos ranking.....

But facing Miami - our old rivals from BBB#13 - is a rough game

We know them as a team that want and can go to the playoff

Yes - key in on our run...just in time for us to go 90% pass, especially if your team has a tough time defending it

And thanks for the props. We'll see if we can't find a way to go 9-7 after an abysmal start.

Ouch, that loss hurts. GG Rutgers. I thought for sure we would tie it but we missed that 29 yard FD with 12 seconds left. Lol, thats just been our luck this season.

I thik we'll be alright. I think we can string 3 wins together and maybe pull one or two more out...Then maybe we can attract some FAs...

GG All...

Just noticed that you can't blame the schedule for our number 1 ranking, we have actually played every top eight team except NSDK already!
