I'd predict that all the non-gutted teams in EEA1 with a rating of 45+ at the end of the season will get promoted to AA, if not AAA (LT )

I sure hope not. That would basically be all of the active Zeta teams. I don't know the Alpha teams but that would pretty much mean EEA1Z was gone at the very least over half.
