Here we are in week 7 with some big games on the menu.

The one that most interests me of course is 7-0 Crimea vs 7-0 Mediterranean at Mayhem Madness Stadium. One will remain undefeated with bragging rights until the playoffs. Games like this are a blast watching the replays from beginning to end without first looking who won.

Another Zeta game is 4-3 Latvia vs 6-1 Krakow at the Cheetahs Savanna. Don't let Doom's record fool you as they are poised to work their way back to the top while the Cheetahs are looking to establish themselves as a power in the conference.

As we move to the stepchild Alpha Conference we have 5-2 L'vov vs 7-0 The Hague at Hustlers Stadium. The Train are coming off an impressive victory and are looking to stall the Hustlers at the RR crossing.

In other Alpha news there is 6-1 Travis Henry's vs 7-0 Katowice at Goons Stadium. Can the impressive one man show Goons come up with a castrate showing to insure no more future illegitimacies? Or will the children of the `coke hand the Goonies their first loss?

An Alpha sleeper might be 5-2 Budapest vs 6-1 Kiev in Inferno Field at Flames Stadium. Are the LoLcats the real deal and set to hand the Flames their second shocker of the season?

Getcha popcorn ready!

some big games indeed!

we're trying to usurp one of last seasons powerhouses. GLB is not a forgiving world for teams that struggled to make the playoffs one season and then become conference contenders all in the space of 1/2 a regular season, but here we are on the cusp of dethrowning a season 4 heavyweight.

it'll be a tall order to pull off a W but we'll do our damnest best. pick of the matches is the Crimea-Mayhem unfefeated showdown. gotta support Seric's lot on this one (loyalty and all that )

lol, great write up Ivanhoe1.

Have to agree that the Sea Dragons and Mayhems game is the most anticipated of the lot. Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this one - many teams will learn a lot about both team by watching this replay. Watching the game without seeing the scores first is always the way to go with the monster games like these.

Not sure about Alpha being Zeta's stepchild - we are more like Zeta's monkey. Playful but if fucked with you will get HIV...deadly..

Am pretty confident us Hustlers will take the steam out of the old Choos Choos - though they may just pull off another big win; so definitely not underestimating L'vov. Am hoping the Bastards will show the Goons how to impregnate siblings and fall into confusion. Not sure if they will as the Goons seem solid around the entire park.

Looking forward seeing how everybody does tomorrow - good luck to all.

I look forward to Mayhem VS Crimea as well. I want to show them their HB has yet to come across a defense such as ours, short of Latvia but I think we're more prepared than Latvia was. In the end, the better team will step out victorious. Be it Mayhem or the Dragons.

Good luck.

Wow, GG Hague, that pick in the third quarter really killed us, along with not taking advantage of that fumble. Here's hoping for the rematch in the playoffs.

Great game Mayhem. Still a few more showdowns down the road for all the teams.

Interesting games all round. L'vov nearly took care of us and if it wasn't for an all out offensive spree in the 3rd they would have taken our scalps for sure. L'vov are the real deal. Not looking forward to meeting you guys again. Well done and all the best for the remainder of the season. This season is definitely tougher than the last.
