2. The Illesheim Stretchy Lederhosen (or liederholzen)
3. The Illesheim Collectable Beer Steins
I'm sure there are many others to consider that would give a better representation of the overall flavor of the region and give the citizens of Illesheim something to rally behind and be proud of.
