Ok, so in the ever thinning Alpha, Bonn takes on Euro. This is one of the throwdown matchups that has happened every season including season 1, oddly enough we've never met in the playoffs. I consider this Bonn's last major challenge; we still look forward to Whitechapel and Oslo. However, we have a particular distaste for TedTinker and his Bat friends since they have had our number for seasons 2-4. This W is much wanted.

Despite perceived imperfections in the ranking spreadsheet, I think it's dead on ranking so many Zeta teams in the top 10. Sad to say, but I think we'll welcome either natural promotion if we're lucky or hopefully we'll be included if Bort moves multiple teams.

That said, I have to rank Alpha as us, [Euro, Manu, Boston,] Oslo. I think Oslo has made some strides, but they're still not top tier, Boston has impressed me. Southie has been mysteriously underachieving, Whitechapel seems good, but admitted to roster pitfalls earlier, best of luck to you fixing those. WCW is a decent team, but our recent game shows tier differences. I like your team, team icon, and methodolgy, wish you guys well.

I'm just talking here, got bored and I'm on the iste like crazy right now and wanted to stir things up a bit, comment, please agree/disagree.

Another big test for Dungannon against Dublin, hopefully we can execute better than last time out against Stockholm when we had a very poor 2nd half.

The cardinals are no joke. I still don't know how Bonn and birmingham have stayed in AA since both teams have dominated through all 5 seasons.

Stags just cannot seem to catch a break ! Once again we have lost 2 games by 3 points and have just had unlucky bounces! STAGS the most unlucky team of WEAA1!

Bonn hasn't always been dominant.
Season 1: 4-4, 8th seed lost in 1st round to Steel City

I would agree with you as Birmingham has had a very similar path. I can't recall the records and seedings and the 1st season we didn't make the playoffs because we were 3-5. We have lost in the first round of the playoffs every season except for Season 3 where we were seeded #2 and lost in the championship game to London Hitmen who went undefeated that season.

Yeah Inverness finished the regular season 16-0 last year. There have been many teams in AA in the past deserving of promotion, just that there have been so many fighting for it that some of them have been stuck here. I don't think the division is as strong as the glory days of maybe 3 seasons ago, but there's still a lot of talent here.

I can say from personal experience that AAA isn't too much stronger than last year's AA Zeta at least, although there are fewer pushovers near the bottom. Like I've always said, good builds/gameplanning will usually win for you. So the two teams promoted from AA this year should be battle tested enough to compete in AAA.

If you guys want a good gauge on how one of AA's top teams would do against one of AAA's top teams, check out the Bonn/Lyon game in the western europe tourny tomorrow. Bonn definitely drew a short straw as Lyon is one of the best teams I've seen. I already wished them luck but I'll do it again here. So uh, good luck Bonn

Thanks. I messed up the scheduling of this game. When I sent the invite I thought we would play on our off day, but turns out we play them today immediately after we play Eurotrash.

And this is part of that Western Europe tournament that was posted a while back.
