1 Sunshine Coast Condors 5-0-0 W5 - The best team in Alpha right now, Four straight convincing victories over strong teams tells me this team is on fire and here to play.

2 Future Llamas of America 4-1-0 W1 - If anyone besides Berlin Devine Right doesn't figure out how to stop this teams Rushing game, The Llamas won't be going anywhere

3 GERMAN WILDDOGS 3-2-0 W2 - Yes, The Saipan Storm have more wins but the Wilddogs are moving forward as the Storm continue to stand still. Two solid wins have re-asserted themselved as a top 3 team. With only two losses being against the llamas and Condors, I think the Wilddogs will be looking to make a run and win out the rest of the season.

4 Saipan Storm 5-0-0 W5 On paper this team doesnt match up to the top three, But if this high powered offense keeps the ball rolling I could see that changing very soon. A win in week 8 should catapult this team way up.

5 Nottingham Hoods 4-1-0 L1- Their only loss this season has been against the Condors, But with wins over a couple unimpressive teams, They will have to wait till this week to try and move up when they take on the Llamas.

6 Rekohu Raptors 3-2-0 W1 - Season 4 A league champs last year, I don't think anyone thought they would be able to come out firing like they are right now. Watch this team to move up very soon.

7 Berlin Devine Right 3-2-0 L1 - They were able to keep it close against the Raptors and Condors and the only team to hand the Llamas a loss. Their hardest games out of the way, This team should definitely be able to make a solid playoff run.

8 South Sydney Rabid Rabbitohs 3-2-0 L1 - Probably one of the most solid teams in Alpha right now. If they can get their defense on the same level as their offense is playing, There should be no reason why this team won't make a playoff run. We will see this week as they take on the Devine Right.

9 Solomon Islands Pack 3-2-0 L1 - There is no stopping the Danny Papale/Joey Watson connection. It will be a shootout every week with these guys. They could be just a couple players away from being the real deal.

10 Sandersville WarChickens 3-2-0 W2 - Another team that is still floating due to lack of convincing wins. Well see if they can tough it out against the Wilddogs.

11 Jamaican Souljahs 0-5-0 L7 - Their Record doesn't depict how good this team actually is. They are getting better every week. I would be suprised if this team goes out with less than 6 wins.

12 Redcliff Razamanaz 2-3-0 L2 - Losses against 3 solid teams, but only wins come from the Storm and the Hammers. Well have to wait to see if they can tough it out against the raptors this week.

13 Texas Storm 1-4-0 W1- Believe it or not, Texas Storm is Third in passing in Oceania AA4, Now they need to figure out how to get the run game going before they become a threat.

14 Oberon Bulls 1-4-0 W1 - Only win so far was against the Chiefs which doesn't say much. They take on the Souljahs of Jamaica this week. Well find out if they can play.

15 Perth Hammers 0-5-0 L6 - Put up a strong fight against the Storm, I think this team still has a chance of stay in AA.

16 Mighty KC Chiefs 0-5-0 L6 - This team just doesn't belong in this league, It will be a long shot if the can come out with a W this year. Relegation is undeniable at this point. They should take this year to rebuild for next season.

******GAME OF THE WEEK********

-Future LLamas of America @ Nottingham Hoods-

If the Hoods can stop the Llamas T.J Duckett, they have a good chance of coming out with a W, But that won't be an easy task.

Very cool, didn't think we'd come out this well either, kinda shocking to be honest, but its a long season...

Nice write up, although I disagree with a few placings.

Berlin & Redcliff are waay too low.

Top 3 I think you got right (but not necessarily in that order ), but I dont see Saipan completing the top 4. They have a TOUGH second half of the schedule: if they win 4 of their last 9 they'll be doing well. Really need to make hay while the sun shines... no dissing intended, you Saipan guys probably already know how tough it will be late-season.

Berlin, Redcliff & Nottingham will make the playoffs imo, and there will be a scramble for the last 2 spots - same as ever!

One thing I would offer up to help the Souljahs... Punt. You put your D in some crappy situations with that playcalling.

We aren't too low. We are too high. We have tons of talent and depth but we aren't consistant. Theres a good chance we don't make the playoffs again. If we lose today we can't get higher then #5 and if we lose to the Wilddogs we may not get any better then #8.

Modesty doesn't suit you dude! Kidding. But if I were in your shoes I wouldn't sweat it... you'll make the playoffs no worries. And I question your maths about the projection too. You'll struggle to lose more than 5 games MAX imo.

And looking a little closer at Saipan, they're probably a little better than I first thought. That OL looks fearsome. Truth is I hadn't examined them in any detail - but they look good. I stand by my comment about them having a bitching second half of the season and all that, but they could surprise a few folk - present company included. Perhaps they do have a chance at squeezing into the top4...?

And anyway - for all my talk of top4, it now transpires that Bort is coming up with some kind of revenue share scheme to start this season!! I hope its ticket sales only -no concession share- & something along the lines of 12.5% for the first round, 25% for 2nd, 37.5% for conf final (all away team revenue, obviously) and then 50/50 split for the Championship game... Seems fair to me

Frecida7, Not living up to my name just yet but my team is getting better each game and i finally scored 21 pts but tend to give up a ton more. Time is not in my favor to get a win by seasons end but, Even though it looks like i will go winless i'm going to try n make it as tough as i possibly can for your teams to get a win. Maybe just maybe i'll sneak One win in there. Oh Man! i'd hate to be the one who loses to The Mighty Chiefs. eh eh

Solomon Islands Pack better be ready!
