How do teams handle giving players money for level 32 equipment? I supplied enough for each player to get all of their level 16 equipment and the team paid for one piece of level 24 equipment. What do you do for level 32?

on a serious note though you really need to build out your stadium or your going to have a rough time affording 1 piece of level 32 equipment let alone a whole team. your in a pretty tuff predicament having 4 mil in the bank 1 corner coming up on level 32 and wanting to compete in this league. good luck to you sir.

the down side to building is you dont see profit until the next season, the down side to paying for any equipment is just that paying for it. however its 4 points, less than 1 level up. which makes a difference only if all 4 of those points are in one stat. yeah those 200 sideline sections are cool but the boxes are expensive and wont really show profit until the 2nd season you have them......unless you go deep into the playoffs and have home field all the way.

im talking about all 4 pieces of equipment at any given boost point for example is 4 points worth 200k? now to a player money has no meaning other than training but to a team and its owner thats 1/5 of a corner section. now extend that argument out, 1 million dollars! again, its no skin off the players nose because money is meaningless to a player. but 1 million times how ever many players hit that level lets say 10 of your players hit that mark in a season can anyone afford that? for a 4 point stat swing?

But the point he is trying to make is that for me to raise the strength or blocking on either of my o-linemen by 4 points would take me a minimum of 3 levels to do it.

Yes. And those are the teams who will win, thus getting even more money to separate themselves further. There's a fine balance between "preparing for a brighter tomorrow" and being detrimental to your team. So let my give you a scenario. Suppose you have a lvl 32 DL with 95 STR after equipment. That DL is facing off against a Lvl 32 OG with a comparable build integrity. How much would those extra 4 points in STR be worth in that matchup, considering that's an easy 12-15 SPs? It's the difference between pressure and no pressure is the difference. And that's the difference between the teams who are destined to mediocrity and the teams who never go into a game thinking they don't have a chance. So if you want to advise people to step aside and let their performance suffer at the expense of hypothetically being able to maybe catch up to people later despite the fact they made multiple millions more than you in playoff season... feel free. But I am going to have to wholeheartedly disagree with you. As I feel many teams/agents/players on the more ambitious end of the spectrum would, as well.
If your turnover on your team is so bad that you are worried your multimillion $$$ investment is going to try to run off and leave you tomorrow, then that's a problem all on its own.

they are already gaining 1 point per level yes? if they're soft capped they are.....again is it worth a stadium section per player?

As you increase in levels even the automatic points get reduced.
However, I'm quite glad to say that I'm in a position that it doesn't have to be one or the other.
