You are backup LG. So bring up blocking (first) and strength to the 4:1 cap and train intense on speed + agility or vision+confidence. SA Foundation does a lot for you too.

That's the first step. If you play RG backup only, you can afford to have less blocking, but need to be more mobile. For the LG, it's a one-on-one with the DT. So you better keep this guy occupied long enough to not rush the passer / not make a tackle on the runner.
