I don't know how to feel about this restructuring issue, I don't like the fact they're trying to force people to move to other regions.

I think restructuring is in order. Our team is not great, we are here to make up the numbers and challenge for a playoff spot.
There are some nice folks around our league but I think, Redscape winning 300+ to 0 is a bit a joke, we all know that a gutted team will go down. Whats the point, sure it averages out but we are all safe from the drop.

The trouble with restructuring is it's a one time fix. Teams have been gutted since the start of season 2 - I know, that's when I got my gutted team ... may have been the first!
In any case, unless the admins take action about that, what's gonna happen is all those players who want to be in low leagues to beat up on weak competition are gonna get upset about being moved to top levels and gut en-masse. Suddenly you have exactly the same problem all over again.

That's a good point, too. One I hadn't thought about as much.

Not only that, as far as switching people to different regoins, you're going to force teams to be in a new region every other year if this is the route your'e going to take.
Imo, what i think they should do. cap EVERY lvl of the leagues.
BBB, AAA, AA, A, Pro, etc. Seriously, set a different cap. So that teams cannot get better lvl wise than such and such lvl . This doesn't completely erase the problem by any means. But it doesn't allow the spread in lvl to get worse and it at least creates a barrier for ppl to look to, to obtain, to be competitive. You're ALWAYS going to have your good and your bad teams, then your great teams. It's called parody.

The other issue that will be funny is that there will be some of the season 1 guys (who still have 2 teams) that could end up with both of their teams in the same league. Would create a huge conflict of interest. Heck even friends & family members that specifically wait listed for a region that didn't conflict with each others teams could end up with all that going out the window. Could go the rivalry route, or if friendly one team could help the other and thus leave the leagues competitive balance off.
The best solution is to re-shuffle within each region and to start dropping gutted teams to the bottom of the region at the end of each season. The team would be reset (stadium, finances, etc).

See this is where i Slightly disagree. I do NOT think, that gutted teams should be "completely" reset. I think w/e was done on their stadium, and whatever money gain they got, should stay. I still like the idea of their being a "penalty" in ticket sales if you're a bad or gutted team, where you're not making full % of the income, in other words not selling out your stadium.
However I DO agree that the best option for gutted teams is start out at the bottom, in BBB.

LOL. Was the slip of the tongue intentional?
par·o·dy –noun
1. a humorous or satirical imitation of a serious piece of literature or writing: his hilarious parody of Hamlet's soliloquy.
2. the genre of literary composition represented by such imitations.
3. a burlesque imitation of a musical composition.
4. any humorous, satirical, or burlesque imitation, as of a person, event, etc.
5. the use in the 16th century of borrowed material in a musical setting of the Mass (parody Mass).
6. a poor or feeble imitation or semblance; travesty: His acting is a parody of his past greatness.
–verb (used with object) 7. to imitate (a composition, author, etc.) for purposes of ridicule or satire.
8. to imitate poorly or feebly; travesty.
It appears you meant "parity"

The problem is if you let them keep their stadium and such and move them down to the bottom of your region, they could end up in a capped league where no one else has any extra stadium, thus creating further imbalance.

YOu people are freaking out over nothing. restructuring would be a temporary fix. Thats what its meant to be while bort finds a solution. Atleast as a bandaid it would make every league more competitive for a season ro 2 untill he fixxes it,

I don't mind it as much, as long as we're kept in Oceania.
