Okay since no one is doing this and I really don't know the teams that well; I might as well throw my two cents in here.
Guadalajara Gladiators at San Diego Demolition - San Diego is the real deal, but this will be their first test this season. As early as this match up is, it still has a playoff impact. This game will help decide who will be among the elite in the West. At the same time the Gladiators are coming of a disappointing loss to the Assault. Will they come out for revenge?

Los Alamos Isotopes at Death Valley Grave Diggers - The Isotopes are off to a good start this season and are looking to improve at the same time the Grave Diggers are looking for revenge after their loss to the Beach Boys. This is a tough battle for these teams and a great match up.

Tana River Ewoks at Mile High Mustangs - The Ewoks are on a roll and this is no battle at the Death Star. If the Ewoks can’t put up 200 on the Mustangs, they need to call back Luke Skywalker to be their QB because the force isn’t working in Tana River!

Honolulu Beach Boys at Mentone Beach Assault - Welcome to single A Beach Boys! I hope you don’t mind playing two of the top teams in the West in a row, but at least you’ll be able to know where you’ll stand for the playoffs. After coming off of an impressive win against the Bugeaters your presence was noticed by the Assault. Not that they didn’t know you existed before, but you’ve got their attention now. The Assault wanted to take the second half of the season off from game planning so GLB lumped all of the top teams together at the beginning of their schedule. Unfortunately for the West the Assault have looked very impressive so far and are still looking to make some noise! I’ve got this game down as the GAME OF THE WEEK!

South Bend Golden Hawks at Barbarian Horde - Not all is well in South Bend as they begin their rebuilding process; mainly because they have to visit the Horde. Look for plenty of pillaging in the Golden Hawks back field and raping of their secondary this game!!!!

Sooner State Shockers at Huskers Illustrated Bugeaters - Similar to the San Diego Chargers; the Bugeaters are looking to kick the crap out of someone and I think they may have found their New York Jets! The Shockers still have a long way to go and I feel bad for them as the Bugeaters have been drooling over a game like this after their first two games.

Oklahoma City Strikers at Lake Placid Predators - When the Season 5 schedules came out the Strikers owner sent a PM to Bort asking what he did to piss off Bort so much to deserve his schedule! Hungry for their first win and for vengeance against the Predators for last season’s loss; the Strikers are looking for blood! The Predators are no walk in the park and this is a great match up between these two teams. The big difference here is Team Chemistry; will it really make a difference?

Big Bear Avalanche at Cleveland Elves - Growing up 26 miles from Big Bear and living on that mountain I can truly say I don’t remember any avalanches! However, visiting a hungry Cleveland team is never very prosperous. The Elves are looking for their first win and I feel they may be the ones bringing the avalanche in this match up!
