I did this is another league.....

Each team has 1 representative.. and at the end of the year, each REP votes for 1 player of starting positions, like the first guys on the depth chart.

The catch is you can not vote for your players.

Now, this isn't tell you our reps are, just wondering if you like the idea

I like the idea, but the season is young my friend.......

I no, but good 2 get started early, so its planned out.

I will represent my team lol

From past experience, this kind of dies out if you start it this early, people get traded away and that was the teams "rep" and a plethora of other problems can arise where by the end of the season that rep is no longer doing it.

But... it's up to you guys.

Sounds good. One ambitious owner last year had every league owner nominate one player for each position from his team, and made a ballot. It worked out well.
