I'm not an expert and i don't know everything about all the teams in the west but i will try to give a rankings to the best of my knowledge which isn't much.
1. Silverymoon Elves 2-0
They beat the preseason #1 Austin Lumberjacks so they have to get the #1 spot by default, plus the fact that they have had one of the top 3 teams in the USA A#7 for the last few seasons
2. Buffalo Rangers 2-0
Buffalo is a team that gives anyone in the USA A#7 trouble and are always one of the top teams.
3. Portland Hitmen 2-0
Portland just like Buffalo is a team that will be in the hunt for the USA A#7 West title come playoff time
4. Oakland Wizards 2-0
Has to be my favorite team in the USA A#7 but i guess that is because i'm the owner.
5. Austin Lumberjacks 1-1
Top ranked one loss team coming into week 3 and should make their way up to a top 4 finish by the end of the season.
6. Albuquerque Mustangs 1-1
BBB#14 champions have a very good team that will be strong throughout the season in the west
7. San Diego Marauders 1-1
Week one they had a very impressive win over a very strong Spicewood team followed by a heartbreaking loss to the mustangs in week 2.
8. Spicewood Longhorns 1-1
I have alot of respect for the Spicewood organization as well as RJ with his Waco ties and i can see this team finishing up in the top 4 by the end of the season, but for week 2 i can't rank them ahead of the team they lost to in week 1
9. Tuscon Nighthawks 1-1
Number 9 in the rankings this week, but also hold the #1 ranking in poem writing and trash talk for season 5 in the USA A#7. They have a great team that will be tough come playoff time and i could see them making a move in the USA A#7 west playoff's.
10. Grand Haven Mist 1-1
One of the original A#7 teams that has continued to build over the yrs and have now got themselves a good team that can be fighting for a playoff spot in season 5
11. Bay Area Bombers 1-1
The new owner has done a great job of rebuilding a gutted team in a short amount of time. And i could see him have great success in the USA A#7 league in the coming seasons
12. Miami Cyclones 1-1
Miami and Bay Area or the same with both teams building up this season from scratch.
13. San Antonio Syndicate 0-2
14. Kansas City Predators 0-2
15. Dallas Red Raiders 0-2
16. Los Angeles Ice Drakes 0-2
