Well, three of the top 5 preseason teams lost one of their first two games, so let the fun begin. Crimson moves into the #1 spot as they take care of Vermont. New Hampshire gets a rough schedule draw as they will have to keep fighting to win more than one game in the first five weeks. Enjoy!

All of our games are big from hear on out.

I think putting us ahead of Vermont is a mistake We will definitely be an underdog to them. They handled New Hampshire much better than we did.

Las Vegas is most likely undervalued where they are.

Definitely looking forward to playing Crimson. They kicked our ass thoroughly every time we played them in BBB. If they are better than Waller, I'm a bit worried.

New Hampshire will definitely win some games soon. I thought our game with them was going to get out of hand. They did a great job at fighting back. I have them as the #4 team in the conference right now.

Get worried. They toppled us from the unbeaten ranks last year, but after the ensuing celebration (including multiple couch burnings) they came out flat and made a round 1 playoff exit.

I've played against them twice before. They beat us 31-0 and 46-7. The last game was our last regular season loss. I have a feeling that they will stop our win streak.

That's probably more accurate of a spot for us, honestly. I still consider our wins over NBSK and the Vikings last season as upsets, and didn't think we should be ranked ahead of the Lemurs.

I do think we'll pick up some wins soon - we had a rough draw right off the bat. But we're also used to this. We've started 3 of our 4 seasons at 0-2 now.

Baaah. That playoff loss really sucked.. We pretty much held you all game, then you beat our best corner for a long pass on the first TD to get you to within 3 or 4, and managed to stop us and give us our first three and out in four games, THEN managed two long passes against the same damned corner.....

Shouldn't have let them get that close IMO

Winning and losing are big parts of my rankings. Stats are way way way too skewed now with so many rebuilding teams. I like to reward the teams that win and punish teams that lose. I think everyone likes to see thier team move up the rankings when they win and expect to move down when they lose.

The first few weeks is always a bit rough as there are new teams I am trying to evaluate plus there is a small sample size of games to use for team by team comparrisons. The top ten teams are really close and it is going to be fun to watch them beat each other up over the course of season 5.

Heh, we did pretty much the exact same thing to Vermont 2 matches earlier. The playoffs last year were rough on Everybody except Reamstown, they suddenly moiderised everybody. Ah well, you'll get another chance at it this time for sure, never know if we reach the playoffs you might have us again so you can go for VENGEANCE!!
