Post game Week 2 Lion Rankings

1. Somalia Wasps (2- 0). The Wasps played well in 48-24 beat down of Zimbabwe Bush Squirrel Rebellion . Minus one big run talented ZBSR back Huskersoup had 49 yards on 19 carries. While ZBSR passed better then last game , the Combo of Wasps QB Charlie Kalkman to Sam Shields (3 receiving td’s ) proved to be tough for ZBSR. And the great rushing job of Chris Hammer who had 3 td’s and 241.5 yards in 19 carries was the killer . The Wasps play the Uganda SilverBacks next and expect them to go 3-0.
2. Kalahari Night Riders (2-0)- The Night Riders weren’t expected to be tested vs Uganda but 90-7 thats a nice beat down. League MVP Drew Seabass had another great game and the Night Riders play Egypt Empire next and should come out with a win . They still have the a big time game later in the year vs the Wasps .
3.Ethiopian Starvin' Marvins (1-1) . The Marvins coming off a tough OT loss to Somaila bounced back today as expected. A nice balance in the air and on the ground and good D overwhelmed a weaker Sahara Death Stalkers team. They Play the Shadow Chasers next in game that should be close . And the week after vs Zimbabwe Beavers makes things tough .
4. Sahara ShadowChasers (2-0) in a big move and big time win for the Shadow Chasers they stunned the Beavers 541 passing yards was huge . Great D also helped them to a 33-20 win great job guys. A big game awaits them as they play the Starvin’ Marvins could these guys be the sleeper of the league? Next Week vs Starvin’ Marvins
5.Tuscaloosa Bulls (2-0) Yeah a 87 -3 win over the Snipers and a week one 236-0 win over the Outlaws means nothing .The have their first real test this week vs FT Wayne. If they win that they will be 3-0 and games with the Night Riders and Wasps will tell us how good the Bulls are. Next week vs FT Wayne.
6. Mozambique Starvin Marvins (2-0) A win 184-0 win over the Outlaws hmm yeah that doesn’t say a thing . They have a huge two game stretch where they might be 4-0 coming into games vs the Night Riders and Wasps despite Rob thinks he will quickly find out the Night Riders and Wasps are better then the Outlaws. Next Week vs Jupiter Snipers
7. Fort Wayne Generals (2-0) Nice 41-7 over Egypt . Week 1 they only beat Uganda by 9 . The rushing game helped this week. Next week at Tuscaloosa that will tell us about both teams and affect the power rakings.
8. Zimbabwe Beavers (1-1) A loss to the Shadow Chasers knocks them down. They got killed in the air and I’ve never seen a team pass it that well on them . I expect them to bounce back this week vs the Killer Frogs and be 2-1 setting up a huge game at Ethiopian Starvin' Marvins
9. Zimbabwe Bush Squirrel Rebellion(0-2) ZBSR while 0-2 played the number 1 and two teams and that will as later on they don’t to play the Wasps and Night Riders. Huskersoup has a been a good pick up but they can’t stop the run . A easy game vs the Death Stalkers this should give them their first win.
10. African Killer Frogs (1-1) they had tough week one vs the ShadowChasers but bounced back to kill the South African Bulls 41-7 good bounce back win for them. They play the Beavers next and win would be huge for the Frogs.
11. Egypt Empire (1-1) same record as the Frogs but they lost by 34 to a good FT Wayne team while the Frogs won this week. They play the Night Riders this week then the Wasps good luck guys .
12. South African Bulls (0-2) two tough losses to start off for the Bulls. This week they should get a win vs the Outlaws. A loss here somehow to the Outlaws and you have a cause for conern.
13. Uganda SilverBacks(0-2) A tough two weeks in week one a near lost vs the Frogs then week 2 a beat down 90 -7 by the Night Riders have but the SilverBacks 0-2 . Week 3 the Silverbacks play the Wasps ouch. A week 4 game vs the Death Stalkers looks like a good chance for a win.
14. Jupiter Snipers(0-2) . These guys played decently in week 1 vs the Empire and while the Bulls beat them down 87-3 they are showing signs of improvement They play the Mozambique Starvin Marvins so they are looking at 0-3 . Good news is the two weeks following they play the Bulls and Outlaws.
15.Sahara Death Stalkers(0-2) They have given up 87 points in both games. This team is on a 12 game losing streak and will have to fight to move up in the standings. They play Zimbabwe Bush Squirrel Rebellion (0-2) this week and look for ZBSR to give them another a beatdown.
16. Madagascar Outlaws (0-2) good job only giving 184 to Mozambique Starvin Marvins. This team needs help quickly. They have very chances for a win and this week is one of those chances. They play South African Bulls and we will see how they do.
