Charlie over Algeria, 70-10: we all knew Charlie was good but now we know how good. Algeria has not been a playoff team but they are a competitive team with a good passing game. In this one, Charlie passed too--only much better. I think this game represents Charlie throwing the gauntlet down to the rest of the league.
Cleveland over Texans: 42-20; one of the new teams shows that they are for real in AAA.
Zimbabwe over Salty, 42-37. Heartbreaking loss for Salty. Both of these teams are well managed and have good game plans. Both are teams that are probably fringe playoff teams. Zimbabwe winning this one could come back to haunt Salty if they tie for the 8th playoff spot. Doesn't get much closer.
WV over Sahara, 34-30. Both these teams are likely playoff teams and WV just was the better team in the third quarter. WV always has good run defense and Sahara's inability to run consistently hurt them--the scary thing is that Sahara has some good backs.
Tripoli over Bayside, 35-10. Bayside is rebulding so hard to say from this how good Tripoli is. Tripoli ran very effeciently.
Magic over Candysnatchers, 31-24. Candy played tough but the Magic were a little bit better in the second half. This is the kind of game the Magic have lost in the past--this time they won it and it could be a sign of things to come.
Congo demolish the Hurricanes, 90-0. Hurricanes are a CPU run team--I hate gutted teams. This just is not good for the league.
Crocs over Broncs, 97-10. Another meaningless score as Burundi was gutted.
