Hey I'm the owner of the Phnom Penh Samurai I was wondering if anyone had a FS, DE or WR under level 21 that they were trying to trade because he wanted more PT or anything? I'd like a booster and custom buyer if possible I'm a fair owner and he'll start. If any of you guys could help me out I'd appreciate it.
