You get to show us that you didnt have a cap last season. Dont worry, once we get caught up in levels we'll be one of the top teams in this league. Then it will be on to AAA to show those chumps up as well.

I honestly have always wondered about this...teams in capped leagues get faced with a huge disadvantage when they move up to the next level.

When this league was open for play in Season 3, not a lot of squads had
players above level 13 (and when they did it was a reasonably rare and few
commodity).
A large number of teams were released in Season 3 and then they had the midseason
releases as well. The player market got cut down pretty good.
Two of my starting LB's entered Season 4 at around level 15ish.
They're still on the team, still starting.
Our advantage is really that we're teams entering our 3rd season while you're
beginning your second.

I was just talking shit, Ive had 5 days to recruit higher level players and didnt take much advantage of it. I thought it would be pretty shitty to replace all the guys on my team after they just won me a championship. We're looking at this season as a throw-away rebuilding season and hopefully we can pull out a few upsets along the way.

Just letting you guys know that the Singapore Sling have went from almost completely gutted to pretty damn decent already. It helps that the owner gave it up with plenty of cash to spend, heh.
