heres my standings prediction for alpha:

1. slovakia
2. recklinghausen
3. wiesbaden
4. real macouts
5. london death monkeys
6. port st lucie
7. amsterdam
8. san marino
9. john deere
10. lisbon
11. bielefield
12. warsaw
13. las vegas
14. west palm beach
15. london underground
16. scoops

all apologies to the bottom 8 or so. this was a tough list to make beyond the top 4 or so.

My prediction for the Top 4 matches with npilagin's.
Slovakia definetely 1st (just with a look at their roster). Wiesbaden, Real Macouts and my team will be fighting for 2-4 seeds.

BTW Favorite Darkhorse: San Marino Longhorns. They've signed some impressive guys.

P.S. I always wanted to ask you last season: Are you guys (styxxx/npilagin) from Wiesbaden?

Nope I'm from new jersey. I believe NP's family is from there

im from Connecticut (hence the Huskies name).

My father was born in wiesbaden Germany. Thats why i named the team that.

Wow, but i dont think the Reapers are the team to beat this season, i feel the Huskies might still own that title!

I agree that the Huskies are the team to beat. They are the ones who accomplished more.

Fair play our team was second bottom last year, and while i've recruited a few players, im under no illusion that others will have done the same.

Will be intrested to see how it all pans out.

just gut feeling, along with recruiting, and knowledge of the owner.

please dont take offense underground, i just dont really know.

The London Underground look very improved and San Marino look much better also! Going to be an interesting season. Looks like no more free wins over the Coventry Cows....

I don't know how we're ranked that highly, but if we're there at the end of the season I'll take it.

Im not offended at all mate! Id love everyone to think we are gonna stink the world up. Makes not doing so look even better then
