According to you, what are the top two teams in each conference?

Here's my top 4
Alpha
Chernobyl/Warsaw/Greece/Other Helsinki
I don't think you can argue with the top three in some order. Other Helsinki gets the benefit of the doubt, but a lot of those teams look thin. Greece is deeeeeeeeep. I could put Krakow here but I wanna see them prove it.
Zeta
Morgantown/Biscuits/MorgantownBiscuits/Biscuitos de Morgantown
#1 Morgantown: I really don't think its close, all our team boosts, we have more people coming in over the next two days and we have the best co-owner ship in the league. BYAH. Plus, I know how nasty our builds are.
#2 Tallinn: I put my faith in you again Tigahs. They looked like the odds on favorite before last year, but I don't know if something was off in the builds or the tactics, but it just didn't work out at all for them. Seemed to reload, got their depth back, and refocused
#3 Belarus: Solid, lost some depth but that machine of a DE is back. Should be the same as last year.
#4 Vilnius: This isn't sour grapes cause you beat us or you took an LB we liked, but the depth is there. It just doesn't seem like a solid level. Team sort of tapered off towards the end of the year, too.
Then theres a drop off to the rest of zeta.
High-quality depth is so important this season, so that played a big factor in my analysis.

I think considering that our guys have a little more room to grow and will be closing the gap, we're in excellent shape to make some noise this season. And if it seemed like we tapered off a bit at the end, that's primarily because my OC left and I had to take over duties...no need to fear though, I've brought in a new OC and feel pretty confident that we'll be atop the leader boards once again. I've also got a couple mid-season surprises for you all... but we'll talk about that a little later
.
Anyways, here are my picks:
Zeta
#1 Vilnius
#2 Morgantown
#3 Belarus
#4 Tallinn
Alpha
#1 Chernobyl
#2 Greece
#3 Helsinki
#4 Warsaw

Glad to see I am not the only one sneaking around the neighborhood.
I saw many roster changes in both Alpha and Zeta. Many teams improved for the better, while Avengers pretty much stayed the same roster for another season.
Warsaw and Helsinki will be the big guys in Alpha next season. Warsaw's great owner/management and roster may have them dominate the conference for another season. Every team will be underdogs playing Warsaw.
Helsinki (The other and only one now) is on the move. Another solid staff of owner/management group. I got a preview of one of their unknown(to me) GM the other day, very solid guy. Helsinki still has few holes to fill, but will make an impact in Alpha.
Prague Warriors traded bunch of guys last few days. They either have high level guys lined up to sign with them or coming back next season with huge stadium upgrade. The whole team is a hush hush operation and the only out spoken GM, backfliptim, is not really talking to me so no inside information is known at this time.
Wildcard to our mix will be the new team, Krakow Blitz. With stadium build ahead of all the teams, they have the funds for all the equipment upgrades. Seems to have a decent roster of high levels for our conference. We will see if low chemistry has any effect on early games. If everything falls their way, Blitz will see themselves in the playoff and going back up to AA.
Sad to see the possibility of the SoL folding. They have not made a roster move/add all offseason. I don't know if HeroCom1ex has a trick up his sleeve in recruiting. I hope they comeback next season as contenders.
As for Zeta, I came across a player looking a team thread by chance and couple owners were competing against a super speedy WR. That guy ended up with a Zeta team that made many moves this off season, so will see how they do next season. I really have not looked closer at Zeta teams so I don't know who the contenders are for next season. I suspect the same group of team that made an impact last season will be back to compete for #1 spot again next season.
It should be another exciting season for EEA3. Looking forward to seeing all of you guys back here smash talking to each other. Good luck to you all!

Hey mw, I'm only GM of the forums (aka the spirit director.) I don't have anything to to with recruiting, gameplanning ect. I'm really only GM to let the rest of the Warriors know what you guys are saying about them. If you want any info, you'll have to try and squeeze it out of the owner or other GMs.

lol, I PM'd you because I knew you from the forums. I was just making friendly chat. Since you decided to ignore me, I made a joke about it above. No harm, no foul.
I was just impressed with your team trading that many guys at once.

Wow, i am stunned that someone put us ahead of Warsaw.
I think it's Chernobyl at 2, Greece at 3, Warsaw at 4, with the Krakow team at 1. They have level 27 players at skill positions.

They will be tough to beat.

Actually, even though there levels are high, my personal prediction is that Krakow will not win Alpha.

My sleeper pick for the zeta conference is Maribor Triforce who finished 12th last seson...they definitely won't finish in that spot this year.
