Assuming that it's still just the bottom 2 in each conference that leave, I have just been given the former Gainesville Blazing Inferno. I renamed them, as you can see, a fresh start with a fresh name. Before you even ask, yes it was a gutted team, no I didn't gut it there was 0 players when I got it

I'm looking forward to competing with y'all this year, I'm going to give it my best shot to build this team up from the ground up. Just wanted to introduce myself as the new team owner.

Yea, I mean, I just gotta deal I was able to bring in a few nice building blocks to start. Ya gotta start somewhere and I like the challenge. We'll see what happens thank you for the encouragement!

WOW!!! that is a very difficult task ahead for you. just keep plugging along! i wish we would have more than two seasons when you are given a team. i just extended my team ownership another two seasons, have hardly zero turnover, and still have a hard time picking up an extra player or two to help the depth!

Thanks Beouf. I gotta start somewhere, I've gotten some nice building blocks we'll do our best to compete in the league, but being a new team that'll be tough but I'm staying optimistic.

Update on Team Progress:

Well as y'all have seen with personal challenges and now friendly scrimmages, this team has come a long way since Preseason. We got our first win (just because it was a scrimmage, to us, doesn't make it irrelevant)

We're excited about that, we got a win today against pretty equal talent in a Zeta team, in a friendly Scrimmage. In fact our team really put it all on the line today and this for me, was a great symbol of improving team morale and talent. Its likely we won't be up here next season, i'm sure we're moving down, but we've enjoyed being able to be a part of this league and I'm very pleased in my first year as owner. Maybe that's because I don't have anything to compare it to? Idk, but I'm very happy with the staff we have, the OC, DC, GM and Players.

We're getting there, and Soon, we'll be BACK up here and hopefully be a team to be reckoned with!

You all have made some progress this season. It's a shame it's likely not going to be enough to stay up here, but you've got the foundation in place for some drastic improvement. I'll continue to keep tabs on you all, regardless of where we both end up after this season.

Well as expected we're not going to finish the season off with a win, so we'll be moving down. It was fun while it lasted and hopefully before too long we'll be right back up here
