Its a depth issue for the Big 12. They just don't have quality from top to bottom. And oklahoma should be in the north.

Depth isn't bad in the big 12. Iowa St. and Baylor are worse than Mississippi, but other than that, the Big 12 is pretty solid. A&M could drop to that level though.

I'm not saying the Big 12 is on the level of the SEC yet, it's too early to make that claim, but they COULD be.

Yikes for ATM last night. Sherman must do better. You are correct though, this could be a good year for the big 12.

I love it. A&M is the only big 12 team that I hope loses outside of playing my team (Texas Tech).

We'll see how the big 12 plays out. I'm still not convinced that my Red Raiders are worthy of all the hype they're getting, and Mizzou's defense looked real shaky yesterday. OU is still head and shoulders above this division, and that kills me since I live about 20 miles from Norman.

You have to feel good about your man going for 500 yesterday.

Mizzou is one bad foot plant away from not winning another game. I wouldn't feel good about that if I were a fan.

Actually that's a bit deceiving. The stats look good, but Tech played a pretty sloppy game. And the penalties (18 for 169 yds I think) were HORRIBLE.

Crabtree had a quiet game, but it wasn't because he was covered. I'm not sure why, but GH was hardly ever looking Crab's way. He found other receivers open, but you would think he'd look at Crab first and go from there.

I'm flying to Reno next week for Tech's game at Nevada, so maybe I'll have a better idea after that game.
