This is a serious question, by the way.

I'm new to the DC role here in GLB, and I'm not sure how to coerce the AI into getting some double coverage on the WR1 position, which has been thrown to *extensively* by a team we'll face in the near future.

Any specific shells/schemes work best to assure some double coverage there?

If you run a nickle against 2 receiver sets you are more likely to get double coverage but I am not sure if you can control which receiver will pick up the double team.

That's cool.

We ran some nickel cover 1 and cover 3 with zone under today and it locked up the one guy we were hoping to quiet down pretty well.

Not as much control as I'd hoped to have, but we limped by on it.

usually number 1, if you run a dime against a 3WR set the extra man will usually stand around between the WRs on the side with 2WR
