I would like to know some opinions on this. Our team passes better when we are more balanced. We have a good oline, QB and 3 excellent WR's but cant get an explosive passing offense going. Got any tips for me?

just to clarify when we set our tactics to more than 15% long we throw a lot of picks but when we go more medium and less long we only generate about 200 yards passing for the game.

Try asking that team's owner for help. They our in our league and avg 350 passing yards per game, the owner is a nice guy and owns their QB who has 30 TD to 3 INT. By no means the best passing attack in GLB, but they are an example of what you are looking for and were the first team that came to mind.
