Was wondering if you guys could tell me what defense this play was?

I'm going to take a guess and say 4-3 Strong Side Shift, Run Focus with Cover 0? It may be Cover 1 actually, not sure what the SS does set on Run Focus with deep zone responsibilities.

SS Blitz? I thought that the first time I watched it but it looks to me like he uses his vision and doesn't react until the HB gets the ball.

Looks like a risky defense. If the SS doesn't get through then that is a huge outside run since the LB's are in a jumbled mess near the LOS.

Anyways it looks like a 4-3 Strong shift run focus, Cover 0.

4-3 SS shift, cover 0, SS most likely on Balanced or Run focus
