How do these LB man assignments make any sense?

Or this one. I would expect the LB to play the center of the field and the CB to lineup on the TE. Nope not the case.

1st one doesn't make much sense. The second one the TE is covered by the LB, wile the corner has coverage on the HB. the first one it looks like the LB on the side of the pass was going to cover the FB, but you would think that they would switch out.
