hey my team just got my HB, hes really good, befor him we had a lvl 14. how can i start our running game without looking like a glory hog, if our passing game looks good?

Go for the balanced attack like most teams do, balanced or not in talent level. If your running game is able to destroy an opponent go ahead and run a ton that game, but make sure you adapt to every game.

Go for balanced on games you are pretty sure you will win, and on games that you need everything you have, put him in more.
