Add running blitzes to your playbook or make them happen more often. Cover 0s and Cover 1s help you cover your tracks at the expense of a deep man.

yeah but i need results against #1 rushing team in my league.

I've held the previous #2 running team (behind mine, of course ) to less than 100 yrds when all the backs totaled 230 avg yards per game. A result of run blitzing working and having good personnel. I wouldn't expect such good results but the tactics really helped, but it does not replace talent. I just have both on that team.
