I'm in a very foul foul mood.

I had a set gameplan and everything worked but here's the thing:

The QB was 32/48 and avg.6.6 yards per completion for 318yds and 1 td.

what distance is 7 yards a completion because I can't stop these little curl routes and underneath routes.

He's checking down, a sign of a QB with good vision most likely. 6.6 yards per completion is very good.

Oh, my bad. I don't know how, but I misread your post and thought the QB was on your team.

All you can do is have your defenders set their advanced tactics. There's still going to be a lot of underneath passes, and clear-outs making space for a TE or back (Or like you said, a curl route)

Even playing tight man coverage, the first rule of a CB playing man is to keep your man in front of you. That means a good route runner on a curl or hook, or an out pattern will get free sometimes. If you're not giving up big plays, you're doing your job.

Looks like you pressured the QB pretty well, too. He was just better in that game.
