Is it better to set the play focus of an OLB in a 3-4 to balanced because he should be able to stop the run and to be effective against the pass

It makes his stats equaled. He doesn't get hurt on run plays *coughpitchcough* But also doesn't get a boost on pass and viceversa. With a pass focus he will be a better rusher for the +10% to all his stats.
It just depends on what you need to see from your LB that game.
