I know it's cover 2 but what's other setting?

Underneath Coverage: Zone Man-2-Man
Coverage Distance : Short Medium Long
Play Focus : Run Pass Balance
LB Shift : Center Strong Weak

Because I saw the MLB drop back looks like Zone but both ROLB and LOLB still staying at LOS.

Cover 2
Medium coverage distance
Balanced or Pass play focus
Strong-side LB shift

MLB appears to be playing man coverage on the HB. He's probably set to loose coverage.
