Is it at the beginning of the off season or is it at the beginning of the regular season? I am trying to juggle building my stadium and having a good recruiting offseason.

Umm...whenever you sell tickets, and home games (concessions). Also get some if you make the playoffs (and even more if you have home playoff games).
