We have tried numerous defensive settings both as individuals and as team advanced tactics, but we still see the same thing happening.

Against 3 WR defenses, the SS always focuses (even in a cover 2 not in m2m coverage) on double covering the TE, but the CB on that side is expecting help over top and it is not there.

Both SS's have about 50 vision with soft capped pluss equipment on speed and agility. They are definitely both built as coverage SS's.

Has anyone else had this problem and can anyone suggest a way to fix this hole in our defense?

I am unsure of the situation, but in a Cover 2 man vs. 3 wide set +TE LB grabs TE, SS and FS make shell, and CBs take WRs. (in a nickel, of course)

In a base formation the OLB closer to the receiver is responsible for the WR in cover 2 man to man.

This is the kind of (not one of the worst examples, but I'm pretty busy at work right now) play I'm talking about.

In similar plays that develop further, the WR is gone for a long gain or TD. I would just like to have the SS cheat a little more to the outside here.

Its a cover 2 with the CB getting burned. Thats the big problem. The SS doesn't have time to react and get to the WR.

Looks like CB stop by QB's Pump Fake.

Which is exactly why I want the SS cheating over the top of the WR more.
