I thought of maybe using my D A.I. to exclusively cover offensive formations, and was successful in stopping teams in all but these two formations. Anybody have any ideas?

Too bad they're the most commonly used and have both run and pass plays, huh?
Which segues a bit into the answer ... you don't stop formations, you stop types of plays: inside run, pitches, medium passes to WR, TE inside the 10, etc. GLB does let you cheat a little with formation predicting the play call in certain circumstances.
So, what type of play is it you're trying to stop out of the I-form?
