Looks like it is related to the cover 0 defense. I have the FS lining up on the #2 WR along side of the #2 CB.

I've got the set up on Cover 2; Underneath Coverage, M2M; Coverage Distance, Short; Play Focus, Short.

Anyone else see this or have a similar situation? Or know if this is from the Cover 0?

You probably had an output calling for cover 0? Seriously, no one has ran into this most basic of basic things Bort woulda caught before he released the AI.

Cover 0 doubles the TE (with the SS) and the right-side WR (with the FS) most of the time. Of course, it stresses the left-side CB, since if he gets beat, it's a TD.
