I've been told that when I play 3-3-5 the LOLB will be send to the bench and when playing 3-2-6 ROLB will be sub next.

But last game I put player in MLB depth chart box and when we play 3-3-5 it took our RILB out so it's same o'4-3 formation.

So what will happend if I play 3-4 as base formation and didnt put any player in MLB box,which player will they sub out in 3-3-5 and 3-2-6?

It has been quoted from Bort that in any 3 LB set it is LOLB, MLB, and ROLB. In 2 LB sets, LOLB and MLB. Therefore the MLB is left in the 1 LB formation logic.

he was asking what would happen if you do a 3-4 and leave the MLB slot empty, what would happen? I'm also curious about this...

We run a 3-4 with no listed MLB and when we go 3-3-5 the starting ROLB is moved to middle, The ROLB spot is filled by the backup ROLB or SS (dont know why it put our SS at ROLB), and the LOLB is the starting LOLB.

Maybe this was an energy issue. If the listed MLB was tired it would take the next backup on the list, which is your starting RILB.

Does this happend every play? I thought the game will choose between both ILB box to fill MLB spot.

Thats what I thought but it did it like that for the last two games when I went back and checked.

With any position, if you don't have a player listed in the depth chart, the game will choose from the list of available players and input what it deems to be the best choice.
