Can you set to run the pitch/sweep and make the rusher QB only? I have this setup and I'm curious to see if he runs to the outside.

Yes, I believe a 17/18 Power play has been introduced with the QB running outside while the HB goes for a fake inside run play, the onside G and OT pull.

I think those are QB off tackle plays, if we're thinking of the same ones.

I've seen it done on pass plays, where nobody gets open, and the QB is set to scramble.

I think my NT got robbed last game. Ball was snapped, QB hesitated and then started to run forward, my NT tackles him for a 3 yard loss. Game credited him with a TFL. Where's my sack?

Ever heard of QB draw?

QB has to be intending to throw to be considered a sack.

Is that where the QB makes a picture?
Yeah, I know a draw. Normally the QB has to make it past the LOS to be considered a "running play", tackles behind the LOS is considered a sack if its the QB.

So you saying the referee's rule intent now? Interesting...

It doesn't matter if he tries to run, if he gets tackled behind the line of scrimmage it should be a sack. Unless the ref wants to go ask the coach what play he ran so he can determine if it was a TFL or a sack.

He should have clarified, "in GLB".

Thank you.
Here is the play in question: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=88049&pbp_id=2425024
The sim called it a rush attempt. And didn't recognize it as being the QB, so I'm sure that's why
